Root Chakra – “Rebuilding Your Foundation”

Session 2 of Deep. Lightness. – The 13 Chakra Series

Do you live as if something could go wrong at any moment? The worry about money that never fully leaves. The body that stays braced, even in bed. The sense that rest has to be earned, and safety could be taken away.

That is survival mode. And it lives in the Root Chakra.

At the base of your spine sits the chakra of safety, stability and belonging. It is the first to record every experience of insecurity you have ever had, and it carries the survival fears of your family line too: the scarcity, the vigilance, the quiet bracing that was passed down long before you were born. When the Root is depleted, life feels like something to get through. When it is restored, safety comes from within you, and everything you build stands on solid ground.

On 27th August, we rebuild that foundation together.

What happens in this session

This is a live, guided healing experience. No experience with energy work is needed. All you need to do is be there and receive.

An energetic reset. We cleanse and energise the Root Chakra through energy healing, clearing survival programming, fight-or-flight residue, scarcity imprints and anything quietly keeping your system on high alert.

A journey into the Living Record. The soul memory held within this chakra. Where safety was lost, in this life and in your lineage. The moments your system decided the world was not safe. The soul quality waiting underneath it all: unshakeable inner ground.

Fresh life force, sealed in. You are filled with new energy, and the work is sealed so it stays with you. Throughout the session, a unique music track plays softly beneath the words, embedded with 396 Hz: the Solfeggio frequency of liberation from fear and guilt. Intuitive frequencies maybe used as well.

A little preparation, if you like. The session lands even deeper if you take a slow walk beforehand and feel your feet meeting the ground with every step, or hold a red or dark grounding crystal during the session, such as red jasper, garnet or black tourmaline.

For non members – The spoken chakra sessions will be available to experience live, and for a minimum of six weeks after each live event. A recording of each live will be sent within a few days of the live.
