Sacral Chakra – “I Feel, I Flow, I Create!”

Session 3 of Deep. Lightness. – The 13 Chakra Series

Clearing, balancing, activation and a Living Record journey with Archangel Uriel and Archangel Gabriel. A journey of personal expansion into complete resonance with your source self.

In the last session – The Root asked one question. Am I safe here.

The Sacral asks for a very different one. Am I allowed to feel this.

This is the chakra of water, and water only knows how to do one thing. Move. It finds a way around the stone or it wears the stone down, and either way it keeps going. When your Sacral is open, your life has that quality. Feelings arrive and pass through you instead of getting stored. Ideas turn into things. Pleasure is something you are allowed to have rather than something you have to earn at the end of a long week.

And when it is blocked, everything sets. Creativity dries up. Emotions get held in the hips and the lower back and stay there for years. Joy starts to feel like something other people are better at.

Most of us learned to shut this one down early, and we learned it from people who meant well. Do not make a fuss. Do not want too much. Be sensible. Wanting things is dangerous, so want less.

In this session we open it again.

What happens in this session

We clear the Sacral of what has settled there. Old emotion that never finished moving. Shame that was handed to you and was never yours in the first place. The creative work you put down because someone made a face when you showed it to them.

Then we fill it with something better, and we go into the Living Record together, into the layer where your soul keeps its memory, to look at where your flow first stopped and to give you the chance to let it move again.

Archangel Uriel holds the session, as always. This month Archangel Gabriel joins us. Gabriel is the one associated with water, with purity and with the moment something new is conceived, and there is no chakra where that belongs more than this one.

Mandy Bailey’s music and intuitive Solfeggio frequencies run underneath the whole session and are already working before a word is spoken.

What you need

Somewhere you can lie down without being interrupted. Something warm over you, because the body cools when it goes this deep. Water within reach for afterwards. That is all.

This is a journey, and it works best walked in order. Each chakra rests on the one below it, so if you were with us for the Earth Star and the Root, you will feel the difference in this session. The ground underneath it is already clear.
