The door that still closes
You have forgiven them. You have said so, out loud, more than once. You meant it.
And still, when their name comes up, something in your chest closes. Quietly, like a door being pushed to in another room.

Or it happens the other way round. Someone says something kind to you, something true, and before it has even landed you have brushed it off. Oh, it was nothing. You felt it coming and you stepped aside.

Both of those live in the same place, in the middle of your chest.

What this chakra is
Your Heart chakra sits in the centre of your chest, behind the breastbone, level with your heart. Its Sanskrit name is Anahata, which means the unstruck, the part of you that stays whole whatever has happened to it. Its element is air.

It is the seat of love. The love you give, and just as much, the love you are able to let in.

You know when it is guarded. Kindness that makes you uncomfortable. A small ache that comes back every time a certain memory does. Loving people from slightly behind glass. Being the one everyone can lean on, and having nobody you would call at three in the morning. Grief that you put somewhere sensible years ago and never went back for.

And you know when it is open. You can be moved without being knocked over. You can let someone help you. Love goes out of you and comes back, and you are not keeping count of either.

Why the Heart comes after the Solar Plexus
Last month we relit the fire of your own will, and with it your ability to say no. That matters this month. An open heart is only safe when there is a will beside it that can choose who comes in. The Solar Plexus built the gate. The Heart can now open behind it.

What happens in this session

We clear what has built up around your heart. The grief. The heartbreak. The resentment you have outgrown but still carry. The armour you built around your tender places, which once protected you and now keeps out what you most want to let in. And the tiredness of love given from an empty cup.

Then Chamuel brings in soft green prana, and the heart is filled from within, so that what you give comes from fullness rather than from reserve.

Then we go into the Living Record together, to the life where your heart first learned that it was safer to close, and we see what it has been guarding ever since.

Archangel Uriel holds the session, as always. This month Archangel Chamuel joins us. In the system we work with, Chamuel holds the Heart: love, compassion, and finding what has been lost, including the love you once lost for yourself.

What this session will not do
It will not ask you to forgive anyone you are not ready to forgive. It will not ask you to open your heart to anyone who has not earned it. Forgiveness here is something that happens inside you, for you, and only when you are ready. The door opens from your side, and you decide who walks through it.

What you need

Somewhere you can lie down without being interrupted. Something warm over you, because the body cools when it goes this deep. Water within reach for afterwards, and tissues, because this is a month when tears come easily.

If you have a rose quartz or a green aventurine, rest it on the centre of your chest. If you do not, it changes nothing.

Catching up
This is a journey, and it works best walked in order. Each chakra rests on the one below it. If you were with us for the Earth Star, the Root, the Sacral, the Navel and the Solar Plexus, the ground beneath this one is already clear.

If you are joining now, come anyway. Every session so far is waiting for you as a replay inside the membership. If you can complete the previous before this session it will help but is not a necessity.
