Session 4 of Deep. Lightness. – The 13 Chakra Series

Clearing, balancing, activation and a Living Record journey with Archangel Uriel and the Hathors.

A change to the journey

This chakra was not on the original map.

When we set out, this session was to be the Solar Plexus. Then Archangel Uriel made it clear that something else needed to come first, and that at this time it matters more than we understood when we planned the year.

So it’s added to the plan with the Solar Plexus moves to the next session This is how this series has always been built — we go with the flow, and what needs doing, we do.

The chakra almost nobody has worked with

The Earth Star asked whether you were here. The Root asked whether you were safe. The Sacral asked whether you were allowed to feel.

This one asks something quieter and more practical. Where do you actually move from?

A few centimetres below your navel, deep inside your body, roughly halfway between your belly and your spine, sits your centre of gravity. Japan calls it the hara. China calls it the lower dantian, the sea of energy. It is the reservoir your body draws on for everything it does, and it is the place your gut knowing comes from — the yes and the no that arrive before you have had time to think.

Most people in the West have never met it. We are taught to live from the head, to decide with reasons, to push through on willpower and caffeine long after the reservoir has run dry.

You know when it is empty. Tiredness that sleep does not fix. Decisions that take days because nothing in you will commit. A sense of being spread thin across your own life. Giving and giving from a well that stopped refilling some years ago.

And you know when it is full. You move without effort. You know things without being able to explain how. There is a steadiness in you that does not depend on anything going well.

What happens in this session

We clear the Navel of what has drained it. The over-giving. The years of running on reserve. The habit of asking your body for more than it had and calling that discipline.

Then we refill it, slowly, and we go into the Living Record together, to the place where you first learned that your own supply did not matter as much as everyone else’s.

Archangel Uriel holds the session, as always. This month our guests are the Hathors, who are associated with sound rather than with words, and who work through tone, frequency and vibration. For this session Mandy Bailey’s music is not underneath the work. It is the work.

What you need

Somewhere you can lie down without being interrupted. Something warm over you, because the body cools when it goes this deep. Water within reach for afterwards. If you can, use headphones this month — the sound carries more of this session than any other.

This is a journey, and it works best walked in order but not essential. Each chakra rests on the one below it. If you were with us for the Earth Star, the Root and the Sacral, the ground beneath this one is already clear.

If you are joining now, come anyway. Every session so far is waiting for you as a replay inside the Healing Sanctuary membership and completing them before would be helpful but not essential.
