Clearing, balancing, activation and a Living Record journey with Archangel Uriel and Archangel Jophiel

The one we promised you

Last session. in unity with True Divine Source, Uriel asked us to go to the Navel first, and we did. This is the session we moved.

It was worth waiting for. The Navel filled the reservoir. This session we decide what to do with it.

The yes you did not mean

You know the moment. Someone asks you for something, and you hear yourself say yes while a small part of you is still standing there with its hand up.

You feel it straight away, in the soft hollow under your ribs. A drop. A sort of quiet collapse, as though something in the middle of you sat down.

And then you spend the drive home explaining to the windscreen what you should have said.

There is another version of the same thing, and it has nothing to do with other people. You know exactly what you want. You have known for months, perhaps for years. And you still cannot seem to be the person who does it. Not because you are lazy and not because you do not care, but because every time you reach for it, something in you will not close its hand.

Both of those live in the same place.

What this chakra is
Your Solar Plexus sits just above your navel and below the point where your ribs meet, in the soft hollow at the front of you. It is called Manipura, the city of jewels, and its element is fire.

It is the seat of your will. Not willpower in the gritted-teeth sense, but something quieter and far more useful: your capacity to know what is yours, to act on it, and to stay yourself while somebody else wants something different.

You know when it is low. Saying yes when you meant no. Going along with things and feeling smaller afterwards. Apologising for taking up room. Deciding something firmly at night and watching it dissolve by eleven the next morning. The sense that other people’s certainty is somehow more real than your own.

And you know when it is strong. You can be disagreed with without coming apart. No arrives on time, without a speech attached. You do the thing you said you would do, not because you forced yourself, but because there was nothing in the way.

What happens in this session

We clear what has dimmed this fire. The shame about wanting things. The criticism you took in and kept. The years of making yourself smaller so that a room stayed comfortable. All the borrowed will you have been carrying, other people’s opinions living in your body as though they were your own.

In unity with True Divine Source , then Jophiel brings in yellow fire prana, and we relight it. Slowly, and to the right size. This session is not about becoming forceful. It is about becoming clear.

Then we go into the Living Record together, to the life in which you learned that having a will of your own was dangerous, and to the moment you handed yours over.

Archangel Uriel holds the session, as always. This month Archangel Jophiel joins us. In the system we work with, Jophiel holds illumination, and yellow is Jophiel’s light. This is the chakra where that is most literally true.

What this session will not do
It will not make you hard, and it will not hand you a personality that never bends. A healthy Solar Plexus is not louder than anyone else in the room. It is simply harder to move off its own ground.

What you need

Somewhere you can lie down without being interrupted. Something warm over you, because the body cools when it goes this deep. Water within reach for afterwards.

If you have a citrine, a sunstone or a yellow jasper, hold it or rest it just below your ribs. If you do not, it changes nothing.

Catching up
This is a journey, and it works best walked in order. Each chakra rests on the one below it. If you were with us for the Earth Star, the Root, the Sacral and the Navel, the ground beneath this one is already clear.

If you are joining now, come anyway. Every session so far is waiting for you as a replay inside the Healing Sanctuary membership and completing them before would be helpful but not essential.
