Uplifting Nurturing Day of Self-love with Jo Pitcher and Adrian Lee

We Start at 10am on the 10th day or the 10th month with a New Moon!

What this day will include –

• Invitation into Guided Fun Free movement – To open your bodies energy
• Guiding into the Heart – Arriving, grounding Heart practise with Heart intention
• Around 11am we will walk (4 mins) or drive (1 min) to Knowlton Church
• Earth Star Healing – Balancing, Energising & Activation with Source & Arch Angel Urial
• Around 12.30pm Lunch for 60 mins at Knowlton Church or back at Barn
• Sacred Circle Clearing – And rise with your Phoenix
• A journey into Sacred Embodiment – Witness, Observe, Embody, Ground, Experience with Joy
• Declaration of Self-Love Writing
• Breath Work if have time
• Move & Grove to finish

We will finish just before 5pm.

You will receive booking confirmation but as we need a minimum of 12 people for this gathering to go ahead, we will be in touch on 1st Oct to confirm if not before.

Chairs provided but if you wish sit or lie on the floor, please bring yoga mat, pillow, Blanket etc.

Tea, Coffee and Herbal Tea & Water provided, If have any special requirements of water please bring with you along with your lunch.
